Tellumind Foundation

Building Strong Communities

Kevin Phaup and Cathy Wissink created the Tellumind Foundation in 1999, and focus their efforts on supporting the non-profit community in the Seattle area. Tellumind helps support numerous local charities that strive to solve this areas most pressing issues, with an emphasis in meeting the basic needs of food, housing, and education. Additionally, land conservation and environmental stewardship are key concerns that must be addressed to maintain the Northwest's sustained health and stunning beauty.

Kevin works closely with Social Venture Partners of Seattle to support local non-profits with an entrepreneurial bent to solving big problems, providing appropriately matched technical and business advice and hands on solutions. Small non-profits can make a big impact with the right technology and business tools, and training in how to use them.

A sample of the organizations Tellumind has helped sustain:

First Place - Educating and nurturing children whose families face homelessness.

Conservation Northwest - Protecting wildlife and wild areas of the Northwest.

Northwest Harvert - Protecting wildlife and wild areas of the Northwest.
